BEAMS / WARPER'S BEAMS
GÖRÜRSAN produces beams for Benninger, Griffin, Karl Mayer, Moenus Sucker, Texma, Tsudakoma and West Point warping looms.
Flanges
Flanges are made of certificated aluminium alloy. Each flanges is numbered to enable the company reach the production log in case of need. Maximum rigidity and durability are the main properties of GORURSAN flanges.There are two basic flange types. "Ribbed-Flanges" and "Double-Walled Flanges". The type of the flange to be used on the barrel depends on the yarn's tensile strength.
Barrels
Barrels are made of steel tubes. They are carefully machined and then coated with fabric or cadmium. Cadmium coating is used for inflexible yarns and it prevents the barrels against corrosion.
Toothed Cone
In the production of the Toothed Cone - which is made of grey cast iron - the shape and number of teeth depend on the flange diameter and connection of the loom.
GÖRÜRSAN warp beams are dynamic balanced with computer controled machines to supply best performance in high speed.
