BEAMS / WARP KNITTING BEAMS
GÖRÜRSAN's warp knitting beams are suitable for mono and multifilament nylon, polyster, spandex and lyrca yarns. Beams can be produced in different diamensions upon the request for Karl Mayer, Liba and Texma looms.
The safety tests are being done very carefully after casting. GÖRÜRSAN applies three different safety tests. These are ultrasonic flaw control, brinell type hardness test and penetrant test. After these tests, T6 heat treatment is done to increase the rigdity and durability.
Flanges and barrel are welded with automatic MIG welding machines. Beams turned on Cnc lathes so balancing is not required. The latest process for the beams is anodizing treatment as protection against corrosion and damage.
